1. Classification of on-site pipeline automatic welding equipment

1) Magnetic type pipe automatic welding machine

2) Orbital pipe automatic welding machine
It is suitable for fixed seam filling and cover welding of long-distance pipelines or installation sites. In the welding process, it needs to be welded with rails, and it is mostly used for automatic welding of long-distance pipelines over 1 meter. It can be used for high-quality welding of X65/X70/X80 and other materials. The main welding process is: FCAW/GMAW-GS welding process.
2. What are the uses of pipeline welding equipment
1) Natural gas pipeline
Following the West-East Gas Pipeline Project, the outflow pipeline and the Sino-Russian pipeline will also start soon. The popularization and application of all-position automatic welding machines will play an important role in my country's pipeline construction.
2) Urban water pipes

3) Petrochemical
Petrochemical pipeline welding, high-required welding process, far-infrared flaw detection, and 100% sampling rate reflect the professionalism of automated pipeline welding.
4) Large pipe welding
Large-scale pipeline welding, the welding difficulty is large, the workload is large, the pipeline diameter is large, the manual welding efficiency is low, the joints are many, and the high-efficiency welding of the automatic pipeline welding machine has become the first choice.
5) Welding of prefabricated pipes
In the pipeline welding process, due to the influence of the working environment, it is inconvenient to carry out welding, so prefabricated pipeline welding is essential.
6) Internal welding of pipes
Large pipeline internal welding has more powerful functions, vertical welding, flat welding, internal welding, etc., the working environment is limited, which can better reflect the superior performance of pipeline automatic welding machines.
